Sandra & Audy Davis opened Advantage Property Management in November 2010. Starting small in March of 2009, we worked with a few select clients who were military and had to move. Since there are so many military families in our area facing transfers and relocations, it soon became obvious that a good property management company was needed in this area. Having owned investment properties for a number of years, property management seemed a natural fit. Sandra has been a REALTOR® since 1997, becoming a broker in 2009.
Our website offers a tenant portal where security deposits and rent can be paid online, as well as submit maintenance requests. Rental applications can also be completed on our website. We also have a dropbox for dropping off payments after hours.
We work with a variety qualified of maintenance and repair team members to quickly address any damages or repairs that may arise. We take pride in being different from other property management companies. Though typically there is someone in the office Monday through Friday, we do respond to calls and maintenance requests 7 days a week as well as after hours.

Faye worked for the State of Georgia and retired after 30 years of service to pursue her passion as a REALTOR® since 2009. She lives in McIntosh County and joined the Advantage Property Management team in 2016. Faye is committed to listening to the needs of our tenants. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her dedication to our clients. Faye is in the office Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:00 pm.

Kimberly is the daughter of Sandra B. Davis, owner of Advantage Property Management & Realty, LLC. Kimberly joined Advantage Property Management as a webmaster and property management coordinator in 2013 and has since become a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Georgia in August of 2019. Kimberly is married to Allen J. Oliver and is the co-owner of Allen J. Oliver Productions since 1997. Kimberly has an extensive background in multi-line insurance having been an agent with Dallas County Farm Bureau in Texas. Kimberly was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia.

Allen coordinates the property maintenance requests, schedules technicians for repairs, and facilitates invoicing. As the owner of Allen J. Oliver Productions, he has 27 years of video production experience including advertising design, production management, web and multi-media marketing. Allen was born in Dallas, Texas and has lived in Savannah, Georgia with his wife Kimberly Oliver since 2017.
